Over a week and I still cant connect to servers

I dont know if it's just me, but like the title says for over a week now I haven't been able to connect to the servers. Every other game I played is fine. There's absolutely no sound when playing, my game freezes on the Ranger head when loading. If I do manage to get to the main screen it starts freezing there. And if I manage to get past that its just an infinite loading screen. Seriously? I paid $80 for a game I've only gotten to play 3 or 4 times. And 2 of those times my game froze and the problem happens again. I'm so sick of this, which is a shame because I REALLY love this game.
