Is anyone else having an issue downloading the LOD Pre order digital soundtrack? Or is it just me

I pre-ordered a digital copy of LOD edition anthem. I have my PSN and my EA accounts linked but all that pops up in place of where the download button should be is buy now and sign up. I have no option to download whatsoever. Is anyone else having this issue? Were you able to fix it? Or get it fixed by EA customer service?
