The doctor told me I had to drink some water not a lot think solo cup size in a day.. I had stopped drinking water for a serious amount of time before I ended up in this medical hospital.. I just finished my water cup voluntarily and now im doing absolutely everything I can to distract myself from the thoughts. I hope this is the first step towards recovering from this disease.
