It’s getting bad again

My anorexia is starting to get bad again. I am noticing my body getting more emaciated looking and I know I’m sloping. I’m a “normal weight” and it’s not like I want to lose weight… I don’t anymore. I’ve just ordered my life this way around my behaviors and it’s so ingrained that it’s just part of my life. I fly under the radar being atypical but I’m noticing that I’m starting to get worse again and my body is reflecting. I just wish this would put me in the ground. Just wanna vent
