My Dr. asked me for diet advice

Title pretty much says it all. I went to my monthly appointment and my dr. asked me for advice on losing weight. She knows I’ve gone down pretty rapidly in my current relapse, but we’ve never discussed my ED. I thought she was concerned by asking my daily calorie intake and exercise routine, nope. She wanted pointers. This has me confused because she’s literally praising me for slowly starving. Now I’m spiraling wondering if I’m not sick enough or what.
