When the number on the scale goes down I feel kinda happy but mainly just upset. Anyone else?

I always imagine how amazing it will feel to see the number go down. Today it did. I felt happy and euphoric for a second. Then upset at what I’m doing to myself, and how I can’t stop. I never win with this.
