DAE feel like your ED isn’t legit and your faking it after eating normally for a day?

Today I ate “normally” like 3 meals and snacks with no purging. Now I feel like my ED isn’t that bad, that I’m faking it, over exaggerating, and don’t deserve the professional help I get. I can’t stop thinking about how I’ll make up for it or that I need to “prove” to myself that my ED is real.
