If anyone reading this is still recovering, you are not just the butt of a rude joke, you’re not alone, it’s okay to ask for help, and I love you.
First of all, super proud of you! But I’d like to ask if you have any tips specific to men? My boyfriend and I are both trying to recover. I’ve been gaining lately (yay) but he hasn’t. I cook all our meals, is there something I should be cooking for him that will help? Is there anything that really helped you with your journey? Tyia!
