Why Corrupting potion start?

1. Sustain and Movement speed

   It gives you 3 pots that gives mana and hp, with timewarp tonic, it lasts 20% longer. And another good thing about the rune is that it gives 5% movement speed while under the effect of the potion. Buying a darksteal afterwards makes it also last longer.

2. Bonus magic damage

The bonus magic damage that it gives from its passive makes Annie a lane bully especially combined with scorch, aery/comet.

Corrupting potion is already meta right now and combining it with Annie's soon to be 625 range would be good.
