Visiting Ann Arbor for a long weekend. What are some must do’s/see’s in the area?

My partner and I are heading for a short get away to A2 and Ypsilanti, Oct 20-23. We love to try new and local restaurants, see unique museums (art and otherwise), go antiquing and support any LGBTQ owned and friendly businesses. We are planning to hit up Pride Night at Necto, Kerrytown and Graffiti Alley.
