Instead of getting in an unmasked confrontation and ruining a family’s hallmark moment, I’m choosing to post this here. At a certain park today I saw a mother filming her 3 children throwing rocks directly at ducks and hitting them, without correcting the behavior. This went on for about 3 minutes until I chose to walk away and not get confrontational. Please don’t let your children do this. The ducks are minding their own business and just scavenging for food, especially with the scarce winter season coming up. How would you like it if someone started throwing rocks at you while you were trying to take a swim? They’re individual living creatures who deserve at least as much respect as your crotch goblins. Thank you.
