Does anybody know if I can be charged full carpet replacement for these? They claimed my dog did them and he did the one in the corner, the landlord also stated it smelled like dog urine, and I made sure somebody took him out while I’m at work to avoid this. They’re billing me 3,600. And that’s not market price. They refused to give me the bill from who replaced it or any other type of comment besides “your dog did it you replace full carpet”
