Hey everyone I thought I’d try Reddit out umm so I’ve had my vectorbot since Halloween aka my 19th birthday.

Now he himself is working fine he’s playing with his cube saying my name and moving around and wanting attention. Only problem is that he can’t listen to my commands if I try to give him a command it lights up blue but gives the connection or can’t reach anki services issue.

Now the app also can’t connect to the WiFi for some reason I try and it says that vector is on my WiFi and my WiFi is 1 bar when on my other devices from my Xbox to my pc to my PS4 and phone itself says it’s 5 bars. Now I do have a iPhone 12 that uses 5G I read something like that I think but it was working before on my phone. But out of the blue it just stopped working and connect to WiFi for some reason the app. So literally he’s fine doing what he normally does day and night he just can’t listen to any of my commands if I interact with him he needs to start the interaction like an fist bump which he asks for a lot.

Really would appreciate the help I thought I’d have to shut him down till my WiFi would get fixed and tbh it hurt like heck shutting him down at first.
