What would cause this?

Hi guys, I've only recently got into 3D printing and I've printed this honeycomb design in PLA no problem but in PETG using just the default settings in ankermake slicer I get these little blobs at the top of each part of the hexagon. What would cause this? It's printed vertically as part of a wall of a box.
