Cant auto level

As the title says i cannot do a auto level after a filament swap. I’ve had this before where it wouldn’t autolevel for ages and then all of a sudden it was ok. Ive cleaned the nozzle and did a reset of the printer with the same result. The question im asking is has anyone have this problem before and if you did what did you do.
