What to Watch?

So I just finished Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, and I actually really enjoyed it. The character development, worldbuilding, romance(ish?) and action.

Basically looking for shows that are more than just “kill the demon lord,” or seems like the plot isn’t really there. Can be isekai or non-isekai, but please no shows older than 08. The more episodes, the better.

I’ve already watched: Re:ZERO World’s Finest Assassin Skeleton Night in Another World Konosuba (comedy made up for it) Yona of the Dawn Banished from the Heros Party

Small list of anime that I enjoyed, but by no means is it an entire list.
