How is the One Piece Dub?

So I’m a huge fan of all things Shounen Jump (with very few exceptions). I’ve wanted to watch the anime for awhile, but looking at the number of episodes is very daunting. I prefer to watch all my anime in sub format (just a preference), but if I have any hope of watching this show, I know I’ll have to at least invest a good chunk dub wise so I can do other tasks while it’s playing.

How is the dub? I enjoy Death Parade’s dub, and Dragon Ball Z’s as a kid, if that helps.

I’ll also throw in Gintama, and ask how that dub is.
