Okay so I know this is going to sound weird. I'm.....bored so I'm analyzing anime, examining the artists choice, the story choices, and the similarities common in them. I'm worried about running in to a common biase problem. If I only watch what I like then all I've proven is what I expected to prove. So I need suggestion on animes I wouldn't watch. My favorites are Detective Conan, Baka and Test, Boku no Hero Academia, Lupin, Toriko, Shokugeki no Soma, Kabukicho Sherlock, Black Butler, Cells at Work, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Golgo 13, Hunter x Hunter. The only one I can think of that I've seen but wouldn't rewatch normally is Elfen Lied, but that because it creeps me out.
