Finally got the wife to watch another show and she absolutely loved it. I’m very excited at her new found interest and I’d like to ride that hype train.

Things that she enjoyed about Ore Monogatari were: Takeo as a character being a big goofball, but serious characters stayed serious. The process or the characters getting together, not so much the relationship once it’s formed.

Other shows she has seen are: attack on titan, toradora (she hated taiga so much that she dislikes the show as a whole), parasyte, say I love you (was mad at me for convincing her to watch it), erased.

Thanks for any help you can provide. I’m thinking about Kimi Ni Todoke next, but curious on your thoughts.
