This anime I'm looking for is about a high school boy, bespectacled and shy, and he loves recording videos. He accidentally joined in a game where people compete for money, and they have to get as many video views as possible. These competitors ended up murdering etc, just to get video views, and the boy ended up getting embroiled in it. The video with lowest view gets eliminated each week and then the poor soul will be charged with the crimes of whatever everyone else does.
It shouldn't be very old, I remember watching it some months ago on an anime app while browsing through for new stuff to watch.
