Looking for a multi-season anime to fall in love with. My faves are SAO, Frieren, Levius, Kaiju No. 8, Naruto Shippuden

Can somebody help me? I’m tired of all these shows that only have 1 season and that’s it. The Wrong Way To Use Healing Magic was FANTASTIC, but no second season available on Crunchyroll which is infuriating.
I also don’t like One Piece, JJK or Demon Slayer or Bleach.
