Anime NYC+ - Official 2024 Pin & Lanyard

Quick question for those who got the ANYC passes last year. On the website it says we get an official 2024 pin and lanyard with the purchase of the ANYC pass but when I received it in the mail a few weeks back, I didn’t get anything for this. Is this something we’d have to pick up from the convention center? Much appreciated, thanks!
