Where can I change into my cosplay?

Hi everybody, so my question is that I want to cosplay at anime NYC but I don’t want to walk around New York or get on the train with my cosplay because I don’t want to get harassed in anyway so there a place in the convention where you can change. Also I went in 2022 where you can buy a ticket and leave your items with them,like clothes and stuff. Do they still have that there in the front or not?
