What is a fair ask for a partial refund in this situation?

I bought a figure off of an eBay seller. It was advertised as unopened but when I opened the package, the box was clearly opened (all three stickers were cut). The seller offered a $15 refund but should I request more? The cost of the figure was $174 (not induing taxes and stuff).
