AnimeNPC may be a partner of MFC, but they have had several negative reputations throughout, if you just look them up in this subreddit or at MFC. Well, here's another one concerning a preorder. While a lot of the issues previously stemmed from people preordering but not paying the full price beforehand, I have actually prepaid the entire figure when I set the order.

So the figure I had ordered was the Mai Sakurajima figure by Aniplex. I have preordered and paid it in full back in January. A few weeks after the figure is released, I contacted them about asking for an update on the shipping, after which I was told there was going to be a delay in shipping (this happened in August 8). I asked for an update on the order again mid-September, and I was told on September 28 that my order has been shipped. The order was updated to complete, and the shipping label was given. It's now November, and the tracker still says that the item is being prepared. I have tried contacting them multiple times with no replies at all. At this point, I'm done. I've ordered something in stock from them before and it was fine, but the fact that they didn't even bother replying to my inquiries just shows how scummy and sketchy they are with this.
