I really love to become an animator in the future , but I have no experience and have no idea where should I start and what should I learn or study. I want to get into hand drawn animation. I think my sketch skills are mediocre but I'm willing to get better at anything that's necessary . what should I start with ?

Procreate is pretty cheap also if you already have an ipad
