Game Glitch?

So my roommate and I both play this game rather religously. So we grind on the free gem feature and we have both done the large 1500 gem offers. Well since then I (android phone) haven't gotten any offer even close to that. He (iphone) has since gotten the offer for 1500 again. He has also gotten the large offer for gamefly subscription and actually used it 3 times and has gotten rewarded each time. Racking up 4500 gems. What the fuck
