Guild battle question

Is there any penalty for leaving a guild? I joined one when I first started that was open and it was okay for awhile but now we have 50 members with only around 20 active. I routinely win all my rumble matches but we still lose. Also does anyone possibly have a guild that needs members that are actually active?
