Post Body

I've just spent the last week moving on from ng1 to ng2 and absolutely love everything about it..... apart from one thing - it seems to be so much slower on the initial load than ng1.

I've developed a pretty basic app that has maybe 10 routes and only uses a few 3rd party libraries for things like datepickers and sliders but after running ng build my vendor bundle file is about 4.5mb which means the app takes about 10 seconds to load on tablets/phones and isn't much better on desktop.

Any tips on how to bring the size down would be appreciated, I have to demo this app to my client and he's going to spin out at the load time.

Cheers
