Pre AM#1 LBC/yoga/deep breathe

To experienced AM practitioners, how essentially to good development/gains would you say pre AM#1 lower body cardio, yoga, deep breathing is to maximising your efforts?

Currently im taking advantage of morning wood to go right into AM#1. If i start with all that other stuff itd probably take me a while to get a hard on again plus if have to start my day significantly earlier as doing AM at night isnt ideal for me
