I do 1on 1off and what I experienced is that when I ejaculate on my rest day, I have a slightly problems having an extreme erection for angion. When I don’t ejaculate, I can stay hard for 30 minutes but when I ejaculate one day before I’m really struggling to stay high for 30 minutes straight because I get soft between the sets. What could that be? I thought about pelvic floor problems. More like a weak pelvic floor.
