I’m 37 yr old, I have a large amount of muscle mass and cardiovascular also very fit. I weight 105kg/230lbs. I have visible abs and 12% bf. I’m really into my fitness and training.
I’m recently been going for hook ups and have noticed I cant get 100% hard. Or if I do get 100% hard unless I start penetrating straight away it goes down to 80% and doesn’t go back up. I pretty much just stay as a semi and it’s not hard enough to penetrate.
I normally get amazing morning wood where my member is extremely hard. But this can never be replicated when I’m with someone.
I even use vigara and cialis sometimes. But still struggle. I try and relax as much as I can but there is definitely an issue with EQ and duration. Especially if there is stop and start and possition changes.
I pump pretty regularly about 3/4 times a week.
It’s really starting to become a problem. I also don’t masterbate anymore. I have maybe jerked of 10 times all year. When I jerk off I always have my flex and quads flexed to be able to cum so I really try not to do jerk off anymore.
I have tried Angion but I guess I struggle to keep it consistant. My BP is good. Any one recommend any other options I can look into?
