I already made a post about I cannot feel any sensations from Angion and I think one reason is getting fully erect and hold it.

I dont want to masturbate so how else can I get an erection ? Because when I try to get erect with masturbating then it becomes hard to not cum not just during the sesssion but also after the sesssion.

I tried helicopter move and some other things but nothing worked out.What do you think I should do ?

Also when I get erect I cannot hold it.I instantly become soft after I stop stimulating.Any suggestions for this too ?
