Best routine for starting?

I’ve been doing AM 1 for a day now. I can actually hold an erect lion at like 70-80% I also started to do it in the night time when I wake up from sleep with a solid erection.
Thinking of starting AM2 a little bit sprinkled in. How many rest days should I take? Really need 2 full days rest? Suggestions? It’s also super tempting as I enjoy the feel of it!
