So I don't know why, but I get annoyed easily, being annoyed turns into frustration, frustration turns into anger. It's with everything too, I could drop something 1, 2, 3, times and I'm pissed. I've tried writing, I've tried breathing exercises and even taking a step back but it don't work. At least not for long. I need to figure something out, I know it's probably all the stress (playing catch up on bills, something breaks so I have to buy a new one and money is already being stretched thin). I have noticed that I get angry easier at night time, especially when it's time to get the kids to sleep and they don't want to listen, they just want to play or cry when I say it's night night time you can play tomorrow. I also have noticed that I can't take too much noise at one time, it's like my brain gets overloaded with noise and I freak out. Not sure if this is related but I believe I have Bradycardia (my heart rate has never been above 50bpm, it stays around 45-48bpm)
I need help cause I don't want my anger to ruin my relationship with my kids, I love them and I'd do anything for them but I don't know what to do, so let's see what the rest of the world has to say. What have y'all done to help your anger?
