Iron Supplements
Post Body

I had blood work almost a year ago and it turned out I was slightly anemic. My Doctor wanted me to take supplements and then see where my levels are. However, due to covid-19, it's impossible to go out (nor do I really want to and expose myself) and get blood work done. In 30 years of my life it was my first blood work (fear of needles but it wasn't so bad), and that's when the slight anemia was discovered. Going back to the supplement, I can't take it. I don't know what it is, but when I take a supplement I want to vomit later in the day, and most times I do. Since I only had blood work once in my life, I am going to say that I have always been slightly anemic because I have always felt the same, but I think I'm being a hypochondriac now.

Anyway, what can I do to increase my iron without taking the supplements?
