Possible weight loss due to anemia

Post Body

I was diagnosed with anemia less than a month ago and I have started to notice changes in my body that I believe are due to weight loss, such as: my collarbones are visible at the beginning part (the chest part), my ribs are a little more visible, my fingers almost touch at the legs part (on the legs, not on the thighs), my double chin is almost non-existent, my cheekbones are a little more visible, my bust decreased by 6 cm, my bra is too loose, my back bones are felt when I lean on hard things and my hip bones stick out a little.

All of these things weren't there before and that's why I was surprised to see them, and also a little worried because it's only been about three weeks. Am I losing weight or is it something else? How many kilos do you estimate I am losing (if I am)? If my anemia continues, will I continue to lose weight?

I am very worried. I wanted to lose weight but seeing these changes in such a short time is terrifying. Has this happened to anyone else?
