Any idea how to raise ferritin without raising iron?
Post Body

My most recent levels 🔼 I have no idea how to raise ferritin if my iron and saturation is high? Did anybody have the same situation! What did you do? How do you manage it ?

Have you asked your doctor if they'll do iron infusions? Maybe that can get ferritin higher without increasing saturation so much. I also have this issue with my ferritin being stuck at 40 for the past year despite consistent supplementation. I had a recent test where my saturation got up to 62%. I stopped taking the supplement and it went back down to 37%. It's frustrating for sure and I haven't found any answers. My doctor won't give me infusion because my ferritin is technically in the normal range now (started at a 6 though).
