Looking for a decent iron supplement that doesn’t have gi side effects

Post Body

Due to a medical condition I recently lost a lot of blood and was on the verge of needing a transfusion. My hemoglobin was 10g/dL several hours before hemorrhaging had ceased. After I was discharged I felt like absolute garbage with headache, trouble sleeping due to pulsatile tinnitus, extreme fatigue and weakness. 10 days later I am feeling much better and am taking ferrous sulfate 65mg every other day per doctors orders. Also was instructed to continue taking a daily multi vitamin as well. The iron supplement is murdering my stomach. I can’t even take my multivitamin without extreme nausea. Just wondering if there are other options for iron supplements that would be gentler on my stomach. If anyone could suggest anything it would be greatly appreciated!

I don't usually have issues with ProFerrin.
