My daughters results after one infusion. I guess I’m still concerned because her RDW is even higher then it was before… anyone have any ideas? Dr hasn’t called to discuss anything yet.

High RDW just means she has red blood cells with a lot of different diameters. Ideally we want them to be more uniform in size. I'm guessing once the anemia is corrected that the rdw will improve too
