I'm not sure what to do, I recently got diagnosed with anemia in August and ever since then I have been feeling extreme fatigue, and recently my headaches getting worse. My last hemoglobin level was at 9, I noticed my hair keeps falling out too. I had two iron infusions in September and in December my hemoglobin was at 9. And they want me to get another iron infusion which I'm against because it only last two or three months and it cost $800 for both treatments combined. They prescribed me iron pills but they said it takes 3 months for it to affect me. I'm waiting on lab results but are there any tips for a specific kind of headache medicine besides ibuprofen? I have Anemia due to iron deficiency, like losing it during periods apparently
