I know this seems silly because you can just google high iron foods. Problem: I don’t like a LOT of those foods. I’m kinda (ha) lazy about cooking. The idea of choking down vegetable based smoothies makes me gag. I love nuts and sunflower seeds but I’m not a bird. Liver is one of my favorite foods but cholesterol. Plus as much as I like it, it would get old fast. Red meat is budget challenging.
There should be an app that lets you mark all of the foods you like and then gives you products or recipes.
If you’re a picky eater, what has helped you boost your iron, diet wise? Being a vampire is unfortunately not an option. Iron supplements are hard for me, even if taken with a probiotic & vitamin C. My doctor prescribed a combination, I think called Fuse but forking over $35 a month when I need it for utilities, house payment and car insurance is hard. Especially since it causes the same problem as plain supplements (but I am going to buy liquid iron on payday).
TIA, I’m being a little cheeky but yeah…
