Does anyone use beef liver powder?

I love liver but because of cholesterol, I don’t eat it often. My anemia is bad enough that they want me to have infusions but I have crap insurance. The cost is making me very apprehensive about starting it.
I don’t like a lot of the iron rich foods but I came across the suggestion to use beef liver powder. Any favorite smoothie recipes that aren’t vegetables? Or other ways to use it?
