Anyone know about Ainavi head units?

I need to buy a head unit from AliExpress website and found a brand called Ainavi. I like the head unit specifications it has good ram and memory with octa core snapdragon processor. Is it good to purchase it specially there are some offers on the website now and I can get it for a great price.
