Hi there!
I happened upon an old TVPad and was wondering if it could be repurposed into a standard android box.
A problem with this box is that it shows the TVPad logo on screen when plugged in, and then the signal disappears within a minute. There is no reset button, and I can't seem to find anything on the circuit board.
Knowing that the company discontinued their services in 2017, I wonder if that's the reason the signal is lost or if it's a hardware issue. Regardless, I'd just like to know if this device can be salvaged and repurposed or if it's just a brick now. Hoping someone can provide their thoughts.
I'm not heartbroken if I have to throw it away but figured it would be a fun little project to learn more about electronics and tech. Thanks for your time!
