How do I handle the 13.5 Free Form Device and 8' Foldable Layout?

I am about to publish an app but I tried creating sw1280 and w1280 to handle the Free Form device but keeps defaulting to sw800dP but the 10' tablet and 13.5' tablets seem to mess up the layouts. How do you deal with the 13.5 inch screen and 8 inch foldable?
