Phone screen stays on all night (Galaxy s10)

Hi so I have a galaxy s10 edge and recently it's started doing something weird. I typically fall asleep listening or watching something on YouTube. I have the phone plugged in so it charges over night, but when I wake up lately the screen is still on and on the same YouTube video at the end screen.

In my past experience when a YouTube video ends the screen will time out because there is no video being played but now every day it's still on over 8 hours later.

Any tips? I've set my screen timeout to 2 minutes and I've even looked around in developer settings for the stay awake setting but that doesn't seem to be the issue
