I'm not getting a button to enable push notification in Amazon app, for items that are out of stock. What Can I do to solve it?

I have Redmi Note 5 Pro. Android Ver 9. MiUi Ver 11.
For items that are out of stock, my friends have a button for enabling "Push Notifications" on their android phone (Galaxy S20).
My android app doesn't show the option for the same. I can only find the email notification button but on the website and not the app.
What can I do to solve this? Is this a feature not available for Android 9?
