Pop Ups maybe a Virus

So my phone does this very unsual thing, I havr never seen before. When I am just doing anything on my phone for example if I was scrolling the gram it will just take me to chrome browser and to a random website. Other instances I will get ads outta nowhere as If I were on a ad infested website. Does Anyone know how to get rid of this? Thanks in adavance
