Hi, I'm unsure if this is exactly a recent app question or just a bug introduced in Oreo itself, so I figured I'd ask here.
Recently both Android Auto and my phone's operating system have updated (Nougat to Oreo 8.0 on Moto Z Force). I've noticed a new issue wherein playing music specifically in Spotify through Android Auto in which song titles, time a song is playing etc. (Just various song metadata) no longer displays correctly through my car over Bluetooth. That is, the song title stays on the first song played in a playlist or album and never changes. I did not experience this issue last week on an older AA and older Android version (7.1.1).

I exclusively use Spotify, and I've checked just playing through Bluetooth without AA and it seems the issue no longer occurs. This issue is intermittent but happens more often than not and I'm wondering if there's a fix. So far I've tried clearing Spotify's app cache, logging out and back in, and deleting & readding the device through the Bluetooth menu. I've noticed new options in Bluetooth (high quality streaming), and all of these options are checked and work fine. It's just the metadata having issues, but it's nevertheless frustrating.
